Rowena Lin

Rowena Lin is the Managing Partner of Dacheng Law Offices at San Francisco and is head of the firm’s Immigration Practice. She focuses primarily on investment and business immigration matters, foreign direct investment, real estate transactions, and general corporate matters. Mrs. Lin specializes in the EB-5 immigrant investor program, including project investment due diligence, individual immigrant USCIS submissions, and Regional Center formation and advising. Her clients have included medium and large multi-national real estate development, technology, and manufacturing companies, as well as high net worth individuals. Ms. Lin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice law in both Taiwan and the State of New York.
Having worked as an attorney for several years in both the United States and Taipei, Ms. Lin’s in-depth understanding of both U.S. and foreign laws allows her to excel at providing high quality legal services tailored to the needs of international clients working in unfamiliar jurisdictions, particularly involving cultural nuances. Furthermore, these skills have allowed Ms. Lin to find solutions for complex immigration and international investment matters by working one-on-one with clients to thoroughly understand their interests and objectives. As part of her general corporate law practice, Ms. Lin has considerable experience in business transactions, securities law, and real property law enabling her to advise and assist clients in thoroughly vetting investment opportunities and successfully pursuing immigration to the United States.
