Vince Lalonde

Vince has been living and working in Asia for over 10 years, during which time he has been active in the design, creation and marketing of numerous investment-based immigration projects in multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, the Caribbean and Singapore. He joined Westlead in 2007 to help them with an ongoing company expansion and diversification and currently spearheads its legal services group.
Through Westlead, Vince has provided immigration and investment services to hundreds of immigrant investors from across Asia, with a focus on the Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean and Vietnamese markets. Vince is also the designated COI for the Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC’s) Immigrant Investor Program in Asia.
Before joining Westlead, Vince worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Taipei in the Tax & Legal Services Department, where he was actively involved in a number of large multinational mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked at the Canadian Department of Justice and a well-known downtown Vancouver law firm.
Vince graduated from McGill University in Montreal in 1995 (B.A.) and from the University of Ottawa School of Law in 2001, and also completed one semester of law school at the National University of Singapore. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
